Local historian, Tony Bostock is seeking help with a project researching the history of Moulton. He is working on a detailed study of Moulton from earliest times, particularly its development from being a rural hamlet to a village with an industrial community and then on to the mid 20th century.
He will be grateful to hear from anyone in the village who has any old photographs, say about 1900, of the village or any older residents who have any interesting tales.
Tony Bostock is the chair of the Cheshire Local History Association and author of 'Owners Occupiers and Others' a study of life in 17th century Northwich as well as a number of articles in various local history journals.
